If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost should be calculated according to the courier company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the received goods are damaged or incorrect, and for this reason, consumers do not need to bear the freight.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the original order.
If you need an exchange or return, please contact "Customer Service".
Eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging can be exchanged and returned.
In addition, all original product labels and receipts must be intact.
If any of these terms are not met, the customer is responsible for the product and no refund will be given.
-How to send the returned goods?
Step 1: Please request a return or exchange, and write down the detailed order number, email and question online.
Step 2: If your request is approved, our customer service team will send you an email as soon as possible.
Step 3: Safely pack your goods and all items (including boxes and dust bags).
Step 4: Send back your return and make sure to get the delivery code to track the package.
Step 5: As long as we receive your package, we will send it to you by email.
-When can a refund be made?
After processing your return, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be issued with the original payment method within 3-5 days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.
If you still cannot see the refund after 10 working days, please contact your financial institution.
